Hometown: Los Gatos, where I’ve been since 1992
Age on tour: 50
Number of Years Unicycling: I’m not unicycling much at all, but I officially started unicycling in 1999, so I guess that’s 11 years.
Reason for touring: Be in nature, enjoy the company of cyclists, greet the locals, and feel Eurasia.
Wheres your other wheel? I’m on a recumbent bicycle, so I’ll have “the other wheel” with me.
Best thing about my bicycle: I can lounge on it.
The thing I’m looking forwards to most on Monguni: Ah, the life of cycle touring, where every day is an adventure high on endorphins, food takes great after exercising, and I get to be with some of my favorite friends and enjoy the company of both my husband and son!
Hidden talent: Passing as a Mongolian.
Riding food: I love so many kinds of food, this is an impossible question! My favorite riding food is probably the Laotian rice noodle soup, which I haven’t had the pleasure of eating since January & February 2006.
Favourite superhero: The Ugly Duckling
How many unicyclists does it take to change a lightbulb?
